Cancellations & Deposits
To keep your deposit please ensure to give notice of cancellation or changes.
Cut/style and colour services by 10am 3 days prior to appointment day.
Hair extension services by 10am 14 days prior to appointment day.
Full Saturday services by 10am 21 days prior to appointment day.
*I do understand that some things arise unexpectedly & unavoidably, however I hope that you can appreciate that this does have a financial impact on the salon & often does not allow me enough time to offer the space out & fill your appointment. Therefore this policy applies under any circumstances without exception.
Deposit amounts for each service:
Cut/style service - £20 deposit
Colour service - £50 deposit
Hair extensions - £100 deposit
*Combined services will have a deposit
amount applied for each service.
